This Refund Policy applies to all courses and classes purchased on bemihubmakeup.com from BEMIHUB MAKEUP, a project of BEMIHUB SKYHI PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
BEMIHUB MAKEUP runs 100% LIVE online classes (no recorded course library). The moment you pay, we immediately reserve a seat for you in a specific LIVE batch and share the joining details on your email and WhatsApp.
Because your LIVE batch seat is reserved for you as soon as payment is made, all fees are non-refundable. Once you enrol, the amount paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances — including change of mind, no-show, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction after the class.
If you cannot attend a scheduled LIVE session, please inform us in advance. Wherever possible, our team will help you adjust into an upcoming LIVE session at no extra cost, and your doubts continue to be supported. (This is a seat transfer, not a refund.)
The only exception is a genuine transaction error — for example, if you were charged twice for the same enrolment, or money was deducted but no enrolment was created and the issue could not be resolved. In such cases only the erroneous amount is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We teach technique and provide LIVE guidance; we do not guarantee any specific personal result. Dissatisfaction with your own results is not a ground for a refund.
For any payment or technical concern, write to connect@bemihubmakeup.com with your Razorpay payment ID and a short description. We reply within 24–48 working hours.
